Woodend Hesket Football Netball Club
The WHFNC senior and junior clubs are one of the largest in the Macedon Ranges.
Established in 1978, they have a rich sporting history competing within the AFL’s Riddell District Football Netball League against Kyneton, Romsey, Macedon, Gisborne, Riddells Creek, Sunbury and Melton.
They promote an inclusive club that has enabled them to grow from strength to strength especially over the last 10 years, proudly supporting over 20 teams from Under 11’s to open ages.
Kilmore Bowls Club
Kilmore Bowls Club is located at the corner of Sydney Street and Bourke Street, Kilmore, beside Hudson Park.
The Club was founded in September, 1919, but did not function effectively until it was reorganised in June, 1922, and play began again with the opening match played on the green on 23 December, 1922. The Club had a comfortable pavilion, and the green had electric lights installed.
