Our Team

Project Management Team

Having five branches in Regional Victoria we are able to provide local service to the Bendigo, Ballarat, Kilmore, Shepparton and Sunbury areas. Each of these offices has a local project manager to service clients within the region.

In Ballarat we have two Projects Managers Laurie Molloy and Paul Sagnol. Both Laurie and Paul have years of experience and certainly will be able to assist you with making your dream a reality. Laurie is known for his weekend DIY so will certainly be able share his knowledge of sheds and coming up with a solution to suit a variety of situations. Tony has over 20 years of sales and customer service experience. He loves a variety of sports and has experience as a football coach.

Our Shepparton branch is looked after by James Feeney. James was a builder prior to joining our team and he understands the intricacies of building and managing a projects. James certainly likes to make sure that your project will not only work for your lifestyle but site as well.

In Bendigo we have Luke Farrell and Clyde Hercus, both Clyde and Luke have years of industry experience in a variety of roles. They both are very customer focused and look forward to working with you to design your dream shed, garage or patio.

At our Kilmore branch, we have Peter Talevski and Ryan Watts. Peter has a lifetime of experience in assisting people to achieve their dreams and knows how sheds and patios add value to your home. Ryan has over 10 years of sales and customer service experience. He enjoy cricket, the occasional wine and is a keen supported of the Melbourne Football Club.

Sam Pascuzzi is our Project Manager in Sunbury and has spent most of his working life in customer service roles. Sam is passionate about making sure his customers are well looked after.

Overseeing the Project Management team is Nigel Stevenson. Nigel brings to the company a wealth of experience in the sales and customer service. Nigel is continually working with the Project Management team to improve service levels, product knowledge and find ways to increase the customer experience when dealing with our business.

Administration Team

Our admin headed up by Craig and Wendy Rutledge has a range of diverse skills that everyone brings to the group. Craig and Wendy have owned the business for over 13 years and have a strong focus on customer service.

Rebecca (Bec) is our Office Manager and as well as overseeing the day to day administration of the business, has over 10 years experience in building design and an extensive knowledge of building, planning regulations and council processes.

Rosenna has worked in administration and customer service in a variety of different industries for over 30 years. Rosenna uses her wealth of experience to co-ordinate concreting and construction and keep our customers up to date with progress of their project.

Mario drafts all site plans that accompany our permit applications and has over 15 years experience in design and dealing with planning and building processes.

Anne-Maree assists our clients throughout the permit process as well as looking after our 12 builders (and keeping them in line).

Allan deals with all of the financials and compliance issues for the business. Allan has worked in finance for over 20 years.

Wendy and Craig are very hands on with the day to day operations of the business and are focused on ensuring that your project is a seamless journey.


Our construction teams are a key part of our organisation. We have 6 construction teams (12 employees) working full-time throughout our region. The construction crews are headed up by Brad Cadzow who has worked for the company for over 13 years and in that time Brad has become an expert on installing our sheds and patios. Brad certainly is our go to guy with all of those “how do we” questions.

Within the group our other team leaders are Jason, James, Clayton, Kurtis and Luke. Together they have well over 50 years experience, ensuring that your project will be constructed with experienced, dedicated staff who pride themselves on a quality finish.
